  • What is your return policy for preloved books at Fleurtjes Bookshop?
    At Fleurtjes Bookshop, we take pride in offering a unique selection of preloved books. However, due to the nature of these items, we have a strict no return or switch policy for all preloved books. This policy helps us maintain fair and consistent standards for all our customers. If you have any questions about a specific preloved book before purchasing, our customer service team is always here to help.
  • Why is a Dutch book more expensive?
    Because Dutch translated books always cost more than the normal English versions.
  • What can I do so I won't get a book I already own or have read?
    There is a little preferences box with the blind dates where you can put lists of books to avoid, you already have or maybe a wishlist. You can also leave a Goodreads account, if you have one.
  • What if I do get a book I already own?
    You can then send an e-mail to: fleurtjesbookshop@outlook.be We will then come to a solution together. You can either choose if you want to send the whole blind date back and get a refund. Or you can send it back and I'll send you a new one. But the shipping costs are for the buyer.
  • How long is the processing time?
    It takes 1 - 5 days until your order wil be shipped.
  • How long does it take to arrive?
    Please take the following estimated delivery times in mind: Belgium - 1 to 3 business days Europe- Up to 14 business days Please keep in mind: If you order only bookmarks you won't have a tracking number because these will be shipped in an envelope. However, this means that there is a small risk of your package being lost in the mail. If you think this has happened to your order, please contact me at fleurtjesbookshop@outlook.be
  • What do I do if I think my package got lost/damaged or there is something missing?
    Please contact me by email fleurtjesbookshop@outlook.be and we will look for a suitable solution.
